How to Apply for Membership in Mountain States Dog Training Club

To apply for membership in Mountain States Dog Training Club, please download the application form, fill it out and mail it to the address at the bottom.

 Before sending in the application, you must first attend at least one club meeting, or more, if possible, and also participate in at least one of our events, such as the picnic or holiday party, one of our matches or trials, preferably as a helper. You will need two signatures of active members on your application so it would be helpful to attend the meetings and meet us first. Individual dues are $20; family is $23.
