Old Business
Obedience Trial – Our entry in obedience was larger than last year, but Rally entries are down. There were some conflicts with other events – Belgian Tervuren Nationals and tracking event. There were judge changes at the last minute and Terri thanked people who came forward to help with the transportation and last minute arrangements.
Terri wants to have a judges committee to help organize judges’ schedules. She wants a form for Judges to fill out that creates a record of their arrangements and special food requests. She also wants a person assigned to organize judges’ transportation and hotel arrangements. We are redoing the judge’s contract so that if a judge cannot make the trial at the last minute, they are responsible for covering their transportation cost. The Springer Rescue Club is willing to help again next year.
It was moved to set aside $300 for three people, strong enough, to pick up mats for the weekend, to help with set up and take down
